PAC-PAC is a novel tabletop entertainment system that allows simultaneous interactions by multiple participants. Our system does not require any special devices for the participants; they play our entertainment application by using their hands without a tedious registration or calibration process. The newly developed interaction technique of this system recognizes a pinching gesture with a thumb and an forefinger. This gesture recognition technique enables rapid response and high degree-of-freedom input for the players.
